She specialises in pre and post natal woman and over 40’s who want to feel stronger, move better and reconnect with themselves - whether they are returning to exercise, navigating midlife changes, rebuilding confidence or looking for a healthier relationship with movement and wellbeing.

At the ES Space, the focus is not on extremes or quick fixes, but on creating. a supportive environment where strength, movement and confidence can grow.

Why I Created The ES Space

I wanted to create a calm, supportive environment where people could build strength, improve confidence, and feel better in their bodies without pressure or intimidation.

Too often, fitness feels overwhelming, all-or-nothing, or disconnected from real life. The ES Space was designed to offer a more personal and realistic approach — focused on sustainable progress, movement, and long-term wellbeing.
